Volantex AI provides custom AI automation consulting, design, and implementation services ("Services"). The specific scope of Services for each client is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

Custom deliverables developed for a client as part of an agreed project will be transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement.

When you engage Volantex AI for a project, the specific terms — including scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and payment schedule — will be set out in a separate written agreement. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such project agreement.

5. Payment

Payment terms are set out in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit is required before project work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion
Late payments may result in suspension of services

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, or project details to any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law or to deliver the agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Volantex AI's liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to delivering high-quality work and strive for measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and how the client implements and uses our deliverables.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal proceedings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
